Welcome to Jrb9477’s Services! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all custom bots and related services provided by Jrb9477’s Services. By commissioning, purchasing, or using a bot created by us, you agree to these Terms.

- We specialize in the creation and setup of custom Discord bots tailored to your requests.
- Features and functionality will be discussed and agreed upon prior to delivery.
- Support and maintenance may be offered after delivery, but unless otherwise agreed upon, long-term updates are not guaranteed.

- All bots, including their code, design, features, and structure, are the exclusive property of Jrb9477’s Services.
- You are granted a license to use the bot within your Discord server(s), but you do not own the source code or underlying intellectual property.
- Redistribution, reselling, or claiming ownership of bots created by Jrb9477’s Services is strictly prohibited.
- Modification of bots without prior written consent is not allowed.
- We reserve the right to reuse code, features, or systems from any bot created for one client in future projects for other clients.

- You must ensure that any bot provided is used in compliance with:
- Discord’s Terms of Service
- Discord’s Community Guidelines
- Applicable local and international laws.
- You may not use bots created by Jrb9477’s Services for:
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Spam or disruptive automation
- Any illegal activities
- Violating these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your license to use the bot.

- Pricing, payment method (Robux, PayPal, etc.), and deadlines will be agreed upon before development begins.
- Payment must be made as instructed by Jrb9477’s Services.
- Refunds:
- Before work begins: Full refunds may be issued.
- After work begins: Partial refunds may be considered depending on progress.
- After delivery: Refunds are generally not available, as the service has been fulfilled.
- Refunds are not guaranteed, and all final decions are made by @Jrb9477.

- Bots are provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted uptime, error-free performance, or guaranteed compatibility with all systems.
- We are not liable for:
- Downtime caused by Discord outages, API changes, or third-party services.
- Misuse of the bot by you or others in your server.
- Any damages, losses, or disruptions caused directly or indirectly by the bot.
- We will make reasonable efforts to fix bugs or issues reported within a fair timeframe.

We may terminate or suspend your license to use a bot if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You fail to complete payment.
- You misuse the bot in ways that harm others or break Discord’s rules.
- Jrb9477 loses administration access to the bots or server.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the bot.

- Bots may occasionally require updates due to Discord API changes or security improvements.
- Jrb9477’s Services may provide updates at our discretion. Long-term maintenance is not guaranteed unless a separate agreement is in place.
- Jrb9477 may disable bots, turn off, or do anything related to this for any reason.

- Bots created by Jrb9477’s Services may include credits, branding, or a developer tag (e.g., “Created by Jrb9477’s Services”).
- Removal or alteration of these credits is prohibited unless explicitly allowed in writing.
- There must be credit inside any server that uses our custom bots. Jrb9477 will supply the client with a ad that must be publicly posted and easily read.

- These Terms may be updated from time to time.
- If changes are made, the updated version will replace the old version, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
